Wouldn’t it be wonderful to sit down and talk with someone about your food and lifestyle choices? You may know that it is time to make a change. Or, perhaps you don’t realize that your current routines and ways of eating are making you sick. You may feel sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. You may know that you are eating too many processed foods. You may HAVE TO make a change for your health, perhaps due to food sensitivities, allergies, digestive issues, or other health conditions. You may have that feeling that you’ve lost yourself in the daily routines of your life.  It can all feel overwhelming.

But guess what?  

Making small gradual changes can make a huge difference in your health, and eating wholesome real food can make you feel better. My name is Helen O’Dell and as your health coach, I will help you make wholesome food and lifestyle choices that are right for you and that you can live with! This is YOUR time! We all need some help now and then. This is not about being or becoming perfect, in fact, perfection gets in the way. This journey is about trying your best to take care of yourself so that you can feel better, live happier, live healthier, and enjoy time for yourself and with those you love. It is about evaluating what you are currently eating and how it makes you feel, getting reconnected to real food and living a more grounded life. Your new found healthful choices will not only positively impact you, but YOU will positively impact those around you.
